Haines City has become one of the region's logistics hubs, with distribution centres going up along the I-4 and Highway 27 corridors and residential growth following the jobs. The ground is mostly flat former grove and pasture, which suits big pads - the difficulty is usually pace and coordination, not terrain. Lake Eva sits inside the city, and the in-town streets around it are the residential side of the market.
Large industrial clearing is a core part of the work here: pushing off vegetation, mass grading to a level pad, and sequencing around road work and utility installation happening on neighbouring parcels. Smaller residential lots, in-town parcels and infill continue alongside. Land clearing, brush clearing, forestry mulching, brush hogging, grading and commercial site prep are all in our scope here. Where an existing structure has to come down first, that demolition is handled by our demolition subcontractors.

Yes - industrial site prep is a major part of the work here. We clear sites from ten acres up to a hundred-plus for warehouses and distribution centres, mass-grade to a level pad and sequence the work around road and utility work on neighbouring parcels.
A site this size is priced on its own numbers, not a rate card. On a large site the number follows the acreage, how much fill and mass grading the pad needs, the vegetation and stump work involved, how the work is phased around other trades on site, how easily equipment reaches the far areas, and whether material is mulched in place or hauled off. Give us the site plan and the schedule and we will quote the job - the estimate carries no obligation.
For land clearing, brush hogging and the rest of our services, no permit typically applies. The exception is demolition, which our demolition subcontractors carry out and for which they procure the permits when needed. Larger projects can sometimes move through a faster economic-development route, and where that applies we work with the city on it.
Yes. While the city is known for warehouse work, residential lots, small subdivisions and custom estates make up a good share of what we clear, and those tend to be more straightforward than the big pads.
Flat ground grades quickly, but it also has to be worked to a plan so water leaves the pad the way it should. On large sites that is mostly a matter of sequencing the mass grading properly and building the pad in lifts.
Yes - Lake Eva is the in-town lake and the streets around it are mostly older residential lots. Clearing there is compact and selective: overgrowth off, a building area graded in and the trees that give the street its shade left standing.
